Joint Or Small Group Personal Training

Buddy Up! Joint Sessions.

If you don’t fancy going it alone, then why not find a fitness buddy with similar fitness levels.  The Sessions can be taken either in the privacy of one of your houses or a gym*. Face to Face training with all the benefits of a bespoke exercise programme designed to suit you both.  Exercises can be modified in case of one participant having movement restrictions.

An initial consultation provided to discuss exercise goals.

 

Small Group Training.

This can be a cost-effective way of getting a near personal training experience. Keeping the group small to a maximum of 4 people, still provides a fun environment to train in.  All participants need to be of a similar fitness level.  The programmes can be modified to suit movement restrictions. An initial consultation provided to discuss exercise goals.

*Gym must have permission by owner for group session and will be provided and organised by Clients
